The Cynosure Courant is one-half personal webpage, one-quarter literary journal, and one-quarter homage to the golden age of the internet. It is written, coded, and maintained by Oliver O'Brien, who is not named either of those things. The Courant is queer, fannish, ever-experimental, and very, very heuristic.
